Refund policy

Please read all the information below, so you are informed about our refund policy.
GENERAL REFUND POLICY
We do not issue monetary refunds, rather we offer refunds by way of replacements of the same product, once your product has been returned to us, and only if it is determined by us that the error is due to our manufacturers. If it is determined that you are approved for a replacement item we will ship the item at no additional cost to you. However, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and those shipping costs are non-refundable. Replacements will not be offered for buyer's remorse, nor for size or color exchange requests (please check our size charts carefully before placing your order). In addition, if after you place an order you find that you made a mistake (ex: chose the wrong size, color, or entered the wrong shipping address), we can edit your order if you let us know immediately (within minutes) by email (Contact Us) and ONLY if your order hasn't been gone into production. Once a product goes into production, we cannot change your order.
TIME LIMIT
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If 4 weeks have gone by since your purchase was delivered, and we have not received your return item, your item will not be considered for a replacement.
WRONG ADDRESS
If you entered an incorrect shipping address or if the shipping address you entered is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us, and a notification email will be sent to you. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
REPLACEMENT DETERMINATION
Replacements are determined at our sole discretion. Every effort will be made to be fair in our determination. Exchanges will not be considered for an item not in its original packaging and condition that it was received, not containing a receipt or proof of purchase, with obvious signs of use, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any returned item received more than 4 weeks after delivery. Note: Damages not due to our error may include, but are not limited to the following: delivery service damage, smoke, perfume, fire or liquid.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you of an approval or rejection of your replacement.
If you are approved, then we will ship a replacement item to you at no additional cost to you. You should receive your replacement item within 8-10 business days after you've been notified by email of your replacement approval.
HOW TO PACKAGE YOUR RETURN
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase, to be included with your returned item.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
NOTE: Your shipping label or packing slip return address may list our manufacture's address as the return address. We prefer that all returns be sent to us at the Oregon address listed above. However, any returns sent directly to our manufacturers will still be accepted and processed accordingly.
LATE OR MISSING REPLACEMENTS
If after 8-10 business days, you haven’t received your approved exchanged item, please contact us.
NOTIFICATION FOR EU CONSUMERS
According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Love Your Oregon™️ reserves the rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
